Words From Our CEO
Jean Desravines

We are delighted to celebrate our 20 year anniversary. What began with a small group of eager educators has grown into a national network of K-12 leaders committed to driving excellence and equity in our school communities. Our alumni are the strongest, most effective leaders in the field. Period.”
“We believe all children are capable of extraordinary things and our leaders get results where it matters most: in our schools, for our kids. By 2025, we plan to train 4,000 leaders every year. Together, these leaders will reach and fundamentally change the life course outcomes of one million students by leveraging their brilliance and capacity to achieve.”
“Our initial vision was to reimagine what is possible for our students, especially underestimated and underserved students of color. Over the next 20 years, we plan to scale this vision by becoming the largest equity-focused and most transformational leadership development organization in the country.”
